"Mood Conducting"
Students given the same poem. Students given an emotion (sad, happy, excited) to read the poem in.

Daily Activity

"Achieving Goals and Time Wasters"

We reviewed internal and external time wasters as well as long term and short term goals. We went over our goal worksheet assigned last week for homework. We looked at each students goal to determine if they were SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Time-bound).

Major Project
Tying into our last few lessons on goals and schedules, we focus more on time management, time waters, and organizing our days. Some students do keep a very tight schedule, and others do not!
